Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds skirt steak
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
or worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions

Combine balsamic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil and whisk vigorously.

Combine steak and marinade in a ziploc bag, press out excess air, seal.

Marinate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Use tongs to transfer steak to a preheated grill or cast iron pan over medium-high heat. minutes before slicing and serving.
