Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 8 ounces mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- ⅛ tsp cayenne
- ⅛ tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp Better than Bouillon beef base
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes

Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the beef and break it up. Brown for about 4 minutes and then add in the mushrooms and onion and cook for 2 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the parsley, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
