Customization & Variations
One of the best parts about making your own Thai Iced Tea is the freedom to adjust it to suit your taste. You can easily swap out the dairy for your preferred richness; half and half creates a classic texture, but whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, or even coconut milk can be used for different flavor profiles and an organic option. Feel free to adjust the granulated sugar by about 20% less than suggested, as we found it creates a more balanced drink to our personal taste. If you prefer to make it from scratch, use organic black tea bags with the specified spices for a uniquely aromatic brew.
Serve this vibrant, chilled beverage over plenty of ice. It makes an excellent accompaniment to spicy Thai cuisine or as a delightful and creamy afternoon treat.
