- 1 croughly chopped sweet onion
- 2 clovesgarlic

- 1chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
chopped
- 1 tspdried oregano
- ½ tspground cumin
- ¾ ccanned crushed fire-roasted tomatoes
- ¼ cchicken stock
- ½ tspkosher salt
- 3 cshredded cooked chicken

- 10corn tortillas
- 2ripe avocados
sliced
- ¼ cchopped fresh cilantro
- ½ cdiced red onion
- ¼ ccrumbled cotija
- 1lime
