  • 3 oz firm tofu

    cubed

  • 3 stalks green onion

    slice into 2 inches long

  • oil for cooking
  • 2 tablespoons 'hoisin' sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dark soy sauce)

  • a few shakes of black pepper
