Ingredients

- 1 clong-grain white rice
- 1 tspfresh minced garlic
- 1 tsponion powder
or dried minced onion
- 1 tspground turmeric
- 2 cchicken broth
- ½ tspkosher salt
- to tasteground black pepper
- 2 tbspfresh cilantro

Directions

Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the rice and gently stir until rice begins to lightly brown.
