Ingredients

about 2 lbs, either bone-in or boneless adjust cooking time
- ½ tspdried rosemary
- ½ tspdried oregano
- ¼ tspdried thyme
- ¼ tspdried sage
- ¼ tsppaprika
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- 4 tbspextra virgin olive oil
- 1 tspfresh lemon juice
- 1 ½ tspkosher salt
- black pepper to taste
- optional- fresh parsley
