- 1 largecarrot
cut into half moons
- 1 lb.ground beef
- ¼ c.soy sauce
- 1 tbsp.brown sugar
- 1 tbsp.apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp.sriracha
- 1 clovegarlic
minced
- 2packets ramen noodles
seasoning packets discarded
- sliced green onions
