If you're a McDonald's fan, you'll adore this Big Mac casserole! It's loaded with beef, pickles, onions, cheese, lettuce, and the signature dressing you love!
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook, breaking up the meat, until browned and no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
Transfer the beef mixture to a 9x13 baking dish. Mix in 1/3 cup Thousand Island dressing, 1/3 cup diced pickles, and 1/2 of the shredded cheese.
Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top of the beef. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, remaining diced pickles, a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Serve hot and enjoy your Big Mac Casserole!
