
Brownie Batter Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
1 cup
- 8 oz whipped topping
such as Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 18 oz box Ghiradelli brownie mix

- 2-3 Tablespoons milk
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips for garnish
- Graham crackers
pretzels and fresh strawberries for serving
Directions

Heat treat the brownie mix. Place it in a bowl and microwave for 90 seconds, stopping to whisk every 15 seconds. This makes the flour safe to consume “raw”. Set aside to cool.

In the bowl of a stand mixer (or using a hand mixer), beat cream cheese until smooth. Add cool whip topping and mix until combined.

Add brownie mix to the bowl and mix until incorporated.

With the mixer on low, add milk 1 Tablespoon at a time until the mixture is creamy.

Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle chocolate chips on top and serve.
