Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 3/4 cup fresh sweet corn
or 15.25 oz can corn, drained
- Quart of vegetable oil or peanut oil for frying
Directions

Whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

Add the egg, milk, and melted butter. Stir to combine.
