About this Recipe
Craving a hearty, satisfying meal that comes together in a flash? This Creamy one Pan Beef and Gnocchi Skillet delivers on robust flavor and incredible convenience, making dinner a breeze any night of the week in less than 30 minutes.
What makes this dish a weeknight hero is its clever one-pan design, minimizing cleanup while maximizing savory depth. The combination of well-seasoned ground beef, pillowy gnocchi, and a rich, creamy sauce, all cooked together, ensures every bite is infused with deliciousness. The fire-roasted diced tomatoes add a subtle smoky tang, balancing the richness beautifully.
You can expect a dish that's incredibly comforting and deeply satisfying. The tender gnocchi gently simmers in a velvety sauce, absorbing the savory notes of beef broth, heavy cream, and shredded Parmesan. This creates a luxurious texture that coats every piece. The ground beef provides a substantial foundation, seasoned perfectly with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper, while minced garlic adds an aromatic warmth. A final handful of fresh spinach leaves wilts into the sauce, adding a touch of color and earthy freshness, ensuring a complete and flavorful meal that feels indulgent yet is remarkably easy to prepare.
Easily adapt this skillet to your pantry. For a slightly different flavor profile, consider swapping the traditional Italian seasoning for a different herb blend. While the recipe calls for Parmesan, other shredded Italian hard cheeses could also work well. You can also increase the amount of spinach for extra greens or add other quick-cooking, finely diced vegetables such as zucchini or bell peppers during the cooking process.
This rich and satisfying skillet is perfect for a cozy family dinner or a quick, impressive meal for guests. Serve it straight from the pan for a rustic touch, perhaps with a simple green salad or a slice of crusty bread to soak up every drop of that incredible sauce.
