- 1.5 to 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts

- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
freshy cracked
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz cream cheese
cut into cubes
- ¼ cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese
- 12 to 16 oz pasta
