- 2 lbpotatoes
cut in 1 1/2 -2 inch chunks
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1 tspkosher salt
- ¾ tspground black pepper
- ½ tsppaprika
- 2 lbskinless
boneless chicken breasts
- 1 ccreamy parmesan garlic sauce
such as buffalo wild wings® parmesan garlic
- ½ cwater or chicken stock
- 2 cshredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cgrated parmesan cheese
optional
- 1 tbspchopped fresh parsley
Directions

Add chicken pieces on top and sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper. Whisk Parmesan garlic sauce and water together in a bowl until well incorporated. Pour mixture over chicken and potatoes.
