skinless chicken breasts *, 4-5 oz. each
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 1 ¾ cmarinara sauce
- 2garlic cloves
minced
- 1 tbspitalian seasoning
- to tastesalt and pepper
- 2heaping cups baby spinach
- 200 gfresh mozzarella cheese
sliced
- ¼ cfresh basil
thinly sliced
