thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- ¼ cup cane sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil or unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vanilla ice cream
