Ingredients

- 8eggs
- 1 lbbreakfast sausage
- 8 ozmild cheddar cheese
thin sliced
- 2 cmilk
- ¼ csausage drippings
add butter if you don't have enough drippings
- ¼ cflour
- ½ tspsalt
- ¼ tsppepper

Cook meat in cast iron pan until well done. Remove from pan and pour off all but 1/4 cup of fat.
