- 1 tsponion powder
- 1 tbspbutter
- 6 largeeggs
- 2 tbspmilk
- 6slices bacon
- 1 ½ ccheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cshredded monterey jack cheese

Line a large baking sheet with edges with aluminum foil. Arrange slices of bacon on the foil in a single layer. Cook bacon in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until slightly crispy but not brittle. Remove bacon to paper towels and pat dry, then crumble or chop into 1/2-inch pieces.
