- ½ cfinely chopped bell peppers

- ½ cfinely chopped onion
1/2 small onion
- ¼ cbreadcrumbs
whole wheat or regular
- ¼ cshredded cheese
like cheddar or monterey jack
- 1egg
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- 1 tspcumin
- 1 tspchili powder
- ½ tspsalt
- ¼ tspblack pepper
