Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked rice

  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1-2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons lite soy sauce

Directions
