Ingredients
- 1 lbsirloin steak or steak tips
cut into bite-sized pieces

- 2 tbspbutter
- 3 clovesgarlic
minced
- 1 tbspall-purpose flour
- 2 cmilk
whole milk or 2%
- 1 cbeef broth
- 2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
or golden cheddar blend
- 1 tspdijon mustard
optional
- 1 tsppaprika
- 1 packagecheese tortellini
fresh or refrigerated
- ½ cshredded mozzarella
for topping
- 2 tbspchopped parsley
for garnish
