- ½ tspsalt
- 4 cshredded monterey jack cheese
- 2 c4% cottage cheese
- 1 canchopped green chiles

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Pour the egg batter into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes until the center is puffy and set. It a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for five minutes before serving.
