Customization & Variations
- For a richer spice profile, you can slightly increase the amount of ground cloves or cinnamon in the glaze, or add a pinch of nutmeg for depth.
- While a bone-in spiral cut ham is recommended for ease, this glaze can be adapted for other cuts of ham; just be mindful of potential adjustments to cooking times.
- If you don't have apple cider vinegar on hand, a small amount of white wine vinegar could offer a similar acidic balance to the glaze.
This Keto Ham With Glaze is ideal as a spectacular main course for holidays, Sunday dinners, or any gathering where you want to serve a memorable, low-carb dish. Pair it with your favorite keto-friendly sides for a complete, satisfying meal.
