Killer Garlic Fries with Rosemary

Killer Garlic Fries with Rosemary

This copycat recipe of the famous Gordon-Biersch garlic fries couldn't be easier to make at home, and because they can be baked in the oven or the air fryer, they're a healthier version, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 28 ounce bag Alexia House Cut Fries with Sea Salt
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup pressed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. 2

Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp, stirring halfway during cooking.

  3. 3

While the fries are baking, mix the canola oil with the garlic and rosemary and 1/2 teaspoon of the kosher salt. (This step can be done ahead of time.)

  4. 4

Remove the fries from the oven and transfer to a large bowl with the garlic, rosemary and oil mixture and season with the remaining kosher salt and ground pepper. Toss well with tongs until combined and serve immediately.
