Customization & Variations

  • For a richer flavor, consider using boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts. You can also adjust the amount of lemon pepper seasoning to your personal taste, adding more for a bolder kick or less for a subtler zest.
  • If you prefer a different aromatic profile, you could experiment with adding a pinch of dried oregano or thyme alongside the poultry seasoning, though the recipe's current blend is perfectly balanced.
  • Don't have chicken broth on hand? While chicken broth provides depth, a good quality vegetable broth or even water can be used in a pinch, though the chicken flavor will be less pronounced.

This versatile Lemon Pepper Chicken Skillet is perfect served alongside roasted vegetables, a simple green salad, or over rice or pasta to soak up all the delicious pan juices.
