  • 16 ounces potato gnocchi
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1-2 cloves garlic

  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 heaping cups fresh spinach

    roughly chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
