About this Recipe

Looking to add a vibrant, tropical flair to your next gathering? This Pineapple Guacamole recipe offers a delightful twist on a classic, bringing sunshine to every bite that will transport you straight to the islands.

What makes this guacamole truly special is the ingenious addition of fresh, sweet pineapple. It perfectly balances the creamy richness of California avocados and the zesty kick of lime, creating a flavor profile that's both familiar and exciting. This isn't just another dip; it's a thoughtful combination that elevates your appetizer game.

Prepare for a refreshing taste experience where creamy diced California Avocados meet the bright, juicy sweetness of pineapple. You'll enjoy the subtle crunch of diced scallions and the aromatic freshness of cilantro, all harmonized by a touch of zesty lime. The optional diced jalapeño offers a gentle warmth without overpowering the tropical notes, making this a wonderfully balanced dip that’s anything but ordinary. It’s vibrant, fresh, and surprisingly complex, with a texture that's both chunky and smooth.

While fantastic as is, you can easily tailor this Pineapple Guacamole to your preference. If you prefer less heat, simply omit the diced jalapeño. For a bolder cilantro flavor, feel free to increase the amount slightly. If you don't have fresh lime on hand, a good quality bottled lime juice can work in a pinch, though fresh is always recommended for the best flavor.

This tropical guacamole is truly the perfect dipping sauce for crispy coconut shrimp, making any meal feel like a special occasion. It also pairs wonderfully with a variety of other tropical-inspired dishes.
