
Pork Steaks in Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbpork tenderloin
cut into 1 inch/2.5 cm thick steaks
- ½ tspsweet paprika
- ½ tspsalt

- ½ tspblack pepper
divided
- 2 tbspolive oil

- 1 tbspunsalted butter
- 9 ozbrown mushrooms
- 1yellow onion
small, diced
- 2garlic cloves
minced
- ½ tspdried thyme
- 1 tbspall-purpose flour
- ½ cchicken broth
- 1 cheavy cream
- 1 tbspchopped parsley
