- 4 tbsp.butter

- ¾ c.packed brown sugar
- 1 largeegg
- 1 tsp.pure vanilla extract
- 1 c.pumpkin puree
- 1 c.mashed bananas
from about 2 large bananas

Preheat oven to 350° and grease a loaf pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and ginger.
