- 3 cups cooked chicken breast or rotisserie chicken
shredded or diced into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 + 1/2 cups mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
shredded
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
finely chopped

- 8-9 medium flour tortillas
