  • 1 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons half & half or heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

    melted and cooled

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • optional: vanilla ice cream for serving

Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly on top of the dough.
