Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Italian Sausage
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 24 oz. pasta sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
