Slow Cooker Marry Me Chicken
Ingredients
- 650 gskinless
boneless chicken breast, about x4, cut into bite sized pieces
- 30 gplain flour
- 3garlic cloves
peeled and crushed
- 100 gsun dried tomatoes
drained and very finely chopped
- 1 tspdried oregano
- 2 tsppaprika
- 300 mlboiling water
- 1chicken stock cube
undiluted, crumbled
- 100 gcream cheese
- 50 gparmesan
grated
- 15 gfresh basil leaves
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Toss chicken in the plain flour with plenty of salt and pepper until well coated.

Put into the slow cooker with the garlic, tomatoes, oregano, paprika, crumbled stock cube and water.

Cook on HIGH for 2.5-3 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours until the chicken is cooked through.

Mix in the remaining ingredients just before serving.
