  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • pinch salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup cooked grain of choice
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro

Directions
