Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter

    softened

  • ⅓ cup white cane sugar
  • ⅔ cup light brown sugar

    packed

  • 1 egg

    room temperature

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1¾ cups gluten-free measure-for-measure flour)

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1½ cups chocolate chips)

    Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper.
