Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 medium onion)

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

  • 2½ cups low sodium chicken broth)

  • 28 oz canned crushed tomatoes)

  • 350 grams cheese tortellini about ¾ pound)

Directions

    Add tomato paste, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and pepper flakes. Cook and stir 1 minute.
