Turkey Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- 12 ozegg noodles
uncooked
- 4 tbspbutter
divided
- 1 smallonion
diced
- 2 clovesgarlic
minced
- ⅓ call-purpose flour
- 3 cchicken or turkey broth
- 1 ½ chalf-and-half or whole milk
- 1 tsppoultry seasoning
- ½ tspdried thyme
- 1 ½ tspdried parsley
- ½ tspsalt
- ¼ tspblack pepper
- 3 cfrozen mixed vegetables

- ½ cseasoned breadcrumbs
