I posted a delicious easy cold taco dip and one of my followers on instagram sent me their favorite taco dip. So, I decided after reading the recipe that I absolutely had to make it! Its a hot taco dip make with ground turkey meat and its honestly the best dip I think I have ever had. So that you Coach Joe for this Turkey Taco Dip recipe and let's make it!!!

Ingredients

  • 8 ozcolby jack cheese (freshly shredded)
  • 1 lblean ground turkey meat
  • 12 ozwhipped cream cheese
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • ¼a onion (chopped)
  • ⅓ cuptaco seasoning
  • 2plum tomatoes (seeded & chopped)
  • for dipping: tostitos multigrain scoops

Directions

    In a pan add the ground turkey and break it up using a wooden spoon or meat masher.

    Add olive oil into the pan and shake the taco seasoning over the meat. Sauté the meat until browned on medium high heat.

    In a pie plate or an 8x8 add the cream cheese to the bottom of the dish and evenly spread it out.

    Top the cream cheese with the cooked turkey meat and evenly spread it out. On the meat evenly sprinkle over the chopped onions and tomatoes.

    Lastly FRESHLY shred your colby jack cheese and evenly spread it out, so the cheese covers the entire top of the dish.

    Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes. Serve with multigrain Tostitos!!
