shredded, 5 cups
- 2 ¾ tspkosher salt
- 2garlic cloves
- 1can cannellini beans
drained and rinsed
- ⅓ ctahini
- ¼ cextra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cfresh lemon juice
- ¼ cchopped fresh basil
- ¼ cchopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbspchopped fresh chives
- ½ tspblack pepper
- crudités and pita chips
