drained, or garbanzo beans
- 15 ozkidney beans
rinsed and drained
- ¼ conion
sliced thin
- 2 tbspsugar
- 2 tbspwhite vinegar
- 1 tbspcanola oil
- ⅛ tsppepper
Directions

In a small bowl, combine the beans and onions. In another bowl, whisk the sugar, vinegar, oil and pepper. Stir the dressing into the bean mixture, mixing till all the ingredients are coated.
