Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sweetener)

- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 Large Flour tortillas)
(I used Mission’s low carb tortillas
- ½ cup strawberry pie filling
- ¼ cup granulated sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons oil

Mix the cream cheese, sweetener, vanilla extract and egg with a hand mixer till smooth then set aside

Place tortillas in a microwave safe plate cover with a sheet of paper towel then microwave for 20 to 30 secs this will make the tortillas softer and more pliable

Divide the cheesecake mix into 4 portions

Fold the filled tortilla burrito style by folding in the sides and then folding the bottom flap over the filling and rolling it over. See blog posts for more details.

Place the filled tortillas into the air fryer basket, brush all sides with oil. Air fry at 360°F / 180°C for 8 to 10 mins.
