- 2 Tablespoons sparkling sugar

- 1 cups confectioners' sugar
sifted
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
finely grated
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
