About this Recipe

Craving a hearty, satisfying dinner that comes together effortlessly? This Blackstone French Onion Beef and Noodles recipe delivers a complete meal right on your flat top griddle, combining comforting flavors with minimal fuss.

This recipe works because it masterfully blends the rich, savory notes of classic French onion soup with tender ground beef and satisfying egg noodles. Utilizing a convenient onion soup and dip seasoning packet ensures deep flavor with a fraction of the effort, making it a brilliant weeknight solution or an easy camping meal.

What you'll get is a wonderfully creamy and savory dish, featuring seasoned ground beef nestled with soft egg noodles and tender mushrooms. The deep umami from the Worcestershire sauce and the tang of sour cream elevate the rich heavy cream base, creating a truly comforting experience. Each bite offers a harmonious blend of textures and tastes, especially with the added crunch of crispy fried onions as a final touch. It's a robust main course designed for ease, promising a flavorful dinner without a stack of pots and pans.

For customization, feel free to swap the ground beef for ground turkey or chicken, though the flavor profile will shift slightly. If you're not a fan of mushrooms, you can easily omit them or substitute with a different quick-cooking vegetable like bell peppers. You can also experiment with different brands of crispy fried onions for subtle flavor variations.

This robust dish is perfect for family dinners on busy evenings or as a crowd-pleasing meal during a camping trip. Serve it as is, or with a simple side salad to complement its rich flavors.
