Ingredients

  • box fully cooked sausage links
    7 oz
  • eggs
    5 large
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • shredded cheese

    1 ½ c
  • white corn tortillas

    , or use 6'' flour tortillas

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
