  • 1 headiceberg lettuce (cut into bitesize pieces)
  • 1 headboston bibb lettuce (cut into bitesize pieces)
  • ½seeded and large diced english cucumber
  • 1 poundcherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
  • 4 ouncescubed swiss cheese
  • 4 ouncescubed cheddar cheese
  • 8 ouncescubed turkey meat
  • 8 ouncescubed ham
  • 8 ouncescubed roast beef
  • 4peeled and quartered hard-boiled eggs
  • 1peeled (seeded, and large diced avocado)
  • ½thousand island dressing recipe
