- ½ smallonion
- 3 clovegarlic
- 2 tbspred curry paste
- 1 ccoconut milk
- 1pack udon noodles
fresh or frozen
- Vegetables of choice
- Lime wedges
- Cilantro leaves
- Red chili flakes
