  • 1 1/2 cups fresh cilantro

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoons to 1teaspoons coarse salt
