Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp lemon zest optional
  • a pinch of salt

Directions
