Ingredients
- 3-4 medium russet or Yukon gold potatoes
approximately 1 1/2-2 pounds
- 1-1 1/4 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
or 1/2 teaspoon each salt and black pepper
- 10.25 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
regular or low-sodium
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or Colby jack cheese
- optional: 1 cup chopped fresh vegetables
