Ingredients

- 1 tbspdark brown sugar
- 1 ½ tspkosher salt
- ½ tspground cinnamon
- ½ tspground ginger
- ¼ tspground nutmeg
- ¼ tspfreshly ground black pepper
- 2 lbmedium carrots
peeled and trimmed
- 1 tbspthinly sliced fresh chives
for garnish

Heat oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Spray the foil with nonstick spray.

In a small bowl, whisk the melted butter, honey, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and black pepper together.
